Setting up three spoons took about a week of cleaning, organising, debating about what goes where and running on little to no sleep for 7 days straight.
3 spoons and no knife and fork? I need to see the menu first before I darken the door. Anyway, try and stay open long enough for me to get to Sydney and sample the fare. Best of luck from south of the border. Brendan
